1. Service description
MyHSC is an AI-powered chatbot providing supportive guidance for parents of highly sensitive children. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
2. Not a substitute for professional help
The chatbot is for information and support only. It does not replace professional counselling, medical, or educational advice.
If you or your child are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Use of service
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyHSC.
You agree to use the chatbot for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You will not misuse the chatbot (e.g., by uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
4. Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscription plans are explained on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Conversations & Privacy
Chat conversations are private and kept separate for each member.
We do not request or require unnecessary personal details (such as child’s name, address, or medical records), and you agree not to share them.
Conversations are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Access to the chat is limited to logged-in members only.

6. Intellectual property
All content, including chatbot responses, knowledge base materials, and website content, is the intellectual property of James Williams unless otherwise credited.
7. Limitation of liability
While we aim to provide accurate and supportive information, MyHSC makes no guarantees. We are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences based on chatbot guidance.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept any changes.
