MyHSC is created by James Williams, counsellor and author.

Information you provide: If you sign up for a subscription or email updates, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (handled securely by Stripe).
Chatbot interactions: We may log anonymised chatbot conversations for quality and improvement. These are not linked to your identity.
Technical data: Like most websites, we may collect IP address, browser type, and cookies for analytics.
3. How we use your information
To deliver the MyHSC chatbot service.
To process subscriptions via Stripe.
To improve our chatbot responses and website.
To contact you with important updates (if you’ve opted in).
4. Conversations & Privacy
The chat is a private, one-to-one service. Each member’s conversations are kept separate.
We do not request unnecessary personal details (such as child’s name, address, or medical records) and ask that you do not share them.
Conversations are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Access to the chat is restricted to logged-in members only. The chat page is hidden from search engines and not publicly indexed.
All traffic is encrypted with SSL (HTTPS) to protect your data in transit.
5. Sharing your information
We never sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
Service providers (Stripe for payments, Squarespace for hosting, analytics providers).
Legal obligations if required by law.
6. Data storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

Ask us to delete your information.
Withdraw consent for email updates at any time.
8. Children’s privacy
The MyHSC chatbot is for parents and carers. It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
